Hot air BGA station

Sometimes customer asked the difference between hot air BGA station and full IR BGA station.

Hot air BGA station has 3 temparature zone,the top and bottom heater are hot air heating,IR

heater for preheating.Below is the advantages:

1.High precision temperature control

2.Concentrate the hot air on chips during heating

3.IR preheating for motherboard to avoid deformation

Full IR BGA station is only IR heating,it is cheaper but has some disadvantages:

1.Temperature cannot be controlled regularly

2.Easy to damage the motherboard.
